This is a unique opportunity to work for one of Australia's most awarded brand / design agencies.
You'll sit within the Client Services Team and will be responsible for the day to day running of branding projects and administrative support for the agency.
You'll work alongside clients, designers, strategists and suppliers to project manage campaigns to ensure they're on brief, on budget and on time.
In this role, you'll be supported and mentored by Account Directors.
Key to this role will be:
• your ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with your clients, your team and suppliers
• take client briefs and assist senior team members in preparing and communicating job briefs
• administration of jobs, including job set up and filing, project timelines, project finance (including estimating and invoicing) and meeting reports
• general project and administrative assistance as required by the team, including supporting the smooth running of the agency, with tasks including e.g. answering phone calls, ensuring everything in the office is tidy and well stocked, & general admin support as needed
• contributing to the agency culture through shared passion for providing the best, most creatively robust, solutions to client challenges.
• Team player and key contributor to the efficiencies of the agency
• Excellent communicator and can manage internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Has strong written and verbal communication capabilities
• Understands finance and the importance of budget management
• Can juggle competing priorities without sacrificing any
• Has a positive, can-do attitude – always ready to roll up your sleeves.
• Agency experience a bonus, but not essential
