Account Manager/Senior Account Manager

If you're an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with creative agency experience and confident in delivering integrated and digital customer led campaigns, this role could be ideal.
  
You'll get to work with one of Australia's leading independent agencies with an award winning portfolio of iconic brands.
  
You must have exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills, sharp attention to detail and are vigilant about following process.
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALITIES

• Open, honest, collaborative approach

• Strong client relationship management skills

• Solid project management experience - from briefing through to execution and delivery

• Excellent time management experience

• Ability to write succinct creative briefs that inspire great work

• Experience in delivering customer 1:1 campaigns / edms / social as well as project management of web and app development

• Financial acumen – capturing all costs and spread sheet management.

• Prepare internal WIPs and client meetings, write minutes after each meeting.

• Adhere to and uphold internal/agency process
