The ability to design, build out a full digital ecosystem across both owned and paid channels – beyond social and paid media is essential.
The ideal candidate must be a strategic natural and a true customer advocate, with core expertise in:-
- connections planning - carving new paths for how brands should interact with people and driving new innovations across all channels
- customer experience strategy development and delivery
- business product auditing and analysis
- market and gap analysis
- proficient in data strategy
- technologically proficient; understand key consumer and organisational digital platforms
- consumer research, segment and insight development
- stakeholder engagement and team management
- exceptional presentation skills
- 8 - 10 years in customer experience strategy
- minimum Bachelor's degree
- consultancy/agency backgrounds
- experience with large businesses in industries such as financial services, technology and telecommunications
