This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organised creative Digital Marketing Assistant to work on a global Healthcare brand.

Key responsibilities
  

  • Assist with developing, creating, and implementation of content plans across their social media channels, website and eDMs.

  • Creation and execution of EDM communications to our database on a regular basis. (Experience with Mailchimp & WordPress preferred)

  • Assist with the management of marketing databases.

  • Plan, create, curate, schedule, and monitor content across our social media channels with the ability to write compelling, engaging and on-brand content (experience using a social media management tool a bonus).

  • Assist customers with digital marketing activities through the supply of campaign assets when required.

  • Management of third-party agencies and other suppliers as required.

  • Assist with digital marketing for internal and external events as required.

  • Track all relevant metrics and prepare reports on marketing performance as required.

  • Liaison with global marketing colleagues and other teams/stakeholders regularly.

  • Other admin duties as required.

  
You:

  • A relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications or Advertising.

  • 2-3+ yearsโ€™ demonstrated experience in marketing and/or advertising services. Some understanding of the healthcare industry would be a bonus, but is not essential.

  • Comprehensive experience across social media channels.

  • Experience with Mailchimp & WordPress preferred.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • A creative self-starter with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to develop compelling, engaging and on-brand content.

  • Problem solving mindset and adaptability to changing circumstances.

As part of the onboarding process you will be required to be office based for the first two months, with 1 day remote thereafter.
