THE COMPANY:

Our client is a well-established Financial Advisory Consultancy with three distinct brands. They are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to focus primarily on one of their brands while providing additional support across the others. The firm is recognised for its professional yet forward-thinking approach, and this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in shaping their digital presence and client engagement strategy.

THE ROLE:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, strengthen client relationships, and generate new leads. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining the website, ensuring engaging, relevant, and up-to-date content.

  • Rolling out an education platform for clients and prospects.

  • Managing the MDโ€™s LinkedIn presence and building a soft presence for Instagram (no activity on Facebook).

  • Exploring TikTok as a potential channel, including video content creation with input from the MD.

  • Creating and managing a blog, with content linking to the MDโ€™s personal webpage.

  • Writing and editing content such as blog posts, white papers, and marketing collateral.

  • Executing lead generation campaigns to support business growth.

  • Ensuring all marketing activity is consistent with brand voice, compliant, and managed with discretion.

  • Managing events as and when needed.

This is a part-time contract role (3 days per week) with the potential to extend.

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A strong digital marketing background, ideally gained within financial services, professional services, or a similar industry.

  • 4โ€“6 years of relevant experience, supported by a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing websites, including writing and managing content.

  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce blogs, white papers, and professional content.

  • Experience running lead generation campaigns with measurable results.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently with senior stakeholders.

  • A high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information.
