Our client is a leading cloud-based software company seeking an
Event & Marketing Coordinator to join their growing Sydney team.
The Role:
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, APAC & GCC, you’ll play a key role in
supporting marketing programs and delivering outstanding campaign and event experiences across the Asia Pacific region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and events that drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Creating and localising marketing assets, from graphics and videos to presentations, while maintaining brand integrity and visual consistency
- Managing campaign performance and analytics to measure effectiveness, optimise ROI, and provide insights for future improvements.
- Researching market trends and competitor activity to help shape regional messaging and campaign strategy.
- Planning and coordinating quarterly events across APAC, including venue sourcing, supplier management, registrations, and on-site logistics.
- Producing event materials such as signage, merchandise, digital slides and presentations.
- Managing event communications across social media, email, and digital channels to maximise reach and engagement.
- Tracking attendance, gathering feedback, and contributing to post-event evaluations and reporting.
- Maintaining campaign calendars, project timelines, and digital asset libraries.
- Liaising with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Global Marketing teams to ensure all activities align with broader business goals and regional priorities.
You’ll hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design and bring 1-2 years’ experience in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, or event coordination.
You’ll also have:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop or Figma, with an eye for graphic design and/or video editing.
- Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Confluence).
- Solid event management experience, strong analytical skills, and confidence in tracking and reporting on campaign success.
- Excellent organisational abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
- Experience across key digital marketing channels, including email and social media.
- Strong communication skills and sound budget management experience.
