What we need:
- SAD ready to step up to GAD, or an established GAD (7+ years experience)
- A nurturing, confident and self-aware leader - high levels of intuition
- A confident communicator, someone that engenders trust but doesn't dominate
- Experience managing large complex accounts and significant campaign budgets
- People leadership capability - a coaching approach
- Focus on growth and an ability to nurture and develop meaningful relationships internally & externally
- A growth mindset with a flexible and human approach
