What we need:

  • SAD ready to step up to GAD, or an established GAD (7+ years experience)
  • A nurturing, confident and self-aware leader -  high levels of intuition
  • A confident communicator, someone that engenders trust but doesn't dominate
  • Experience managing large complex accounts and significant campaign budgets
  • People leadership capability - a coaching approach
  • Focus on growth and an ability to nurture and develop meaningful relationships internally & externally
  • A growth mindset with a flexible and human approach
