They're looking for a Head of New Business to drive the next phase of growth. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, where you’ll shape and deliver the strategy to expand the company's presence and revenue.

  • Defining and leading the business growth strategy alongside the leadership team
  • Building, nurturing and leveraging client relationships to uncover new opportunities
  • Partnering with clients to create innovative engagement solutions that deliver impact
  • Developing proposals that showcase the agency's unique ability to connect brands with customers
  • Leading, mentoring and inspiring a talented team to deliver at their best
  • Staying across market trends and spotting emerging opportunities for innovation
