Marketing Campaign Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to join the team of a well know Australian retailer. This is a permanent role based at the clients Inner West support centre and is an exciting time to join this business & make a real difference!

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the briefing and coordination of all creative for across all media
• Building, proofing and creating targeted lists for all campaigns
• Report on all performance to inform future campaign activity
• Maintain the business's core customer database, ensuring the accuracy, relevance and integrity of data is maintained at all times
• Work with the Campaign & Analytics Manager to analyse the business's customer loyalty program and provide program enhancements
• Monitor all customer engagement with campaigns
• Work with the Campaign & Analytics Manager to continuously review, analyse and share customer insights with the broader team

To be considered for the role the ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, data & communications or equivalent relevant experience
• Previous experience in product merchandising,driving product or buying is highly desirable
• Hands on experience with campaign/studio management
• Previous experience within a retail business will also be highly regarded
