Marketing Coordinator

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a cruise line company, who is known for their river cruises & ocean yacht services. They're now looking for a part-time marketer on a contractual basis.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:

• Book media and associated administrative functions such as,
  monitoring and reporting on advertising source codes/leads on a
  weekly basis, and processing invoices
• Support the planning and implementing of events for new customers eg Info Sessions, webinars etc
• Support the development of press and consumer marketing
  collateral - including basic copywriting - for flyers, brochures, posters etc
• Support the running of competitions and giveaways
• Support briefing and developing creative and media campaigns with in-house and external agency partners
• Contribute content to websites, edms and other channels on an ad
  hoc basis

YOU:

• The ideal candidate will have 3 years minimum advertising and marketing experience and experience in the cruise or travel industry
• The ability to write basic copy for advertising and consumer marketing collateral
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding time management skills
• You will need to be able to manage a budget
• MS Office experience is essential
