Our client is an award winning B2B Marketing Agency and they are looking for a Peformance Marketing Lead to join their busy team.

THE ROLE:

The Performance Marketing Lead is responsible for managing paid digital media strategy and execution across channels. The main responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop and implement paid digital marketing strategies to drive relevant traffic and qualified leads for client brands
  • Create paid digital marketing strategies that meet goal and budget requirements of the client
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with clients' broader marketing campaigns and goals
  • Set up campaigns and curate audiences, own and recommend audience segmentation measures based on your overall knowledge of the client
  • Collaborate with Strategists to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
  • Provide reports and analysis to demonstrate campaign impact and effective ROI to clients
  • Monitor, tweak and optimise client paid media campaigns to improve results

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will be able to make quick, decisive and logical strategic decisions and recommendations
  • You will need to have an analytical data driven approach to problem solving and strategising, reporting and analysing data to inform your decisions and make campaign recommendations
  • High attention to detail and have expertise across all ad types, formats, costs and purposes across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook and Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.in your approach to testing new ad types, strategies
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with Strategists, Account Managers as well as manage partnerships with LinkedIn, Facebook and Google, and other platforms
