Senior Account Director - Brand Consultancy

We are looking for a strategic Senior Account Director with Branding experience to join an international agency here in Sydney.

They have built their enviable reputation on brand-led growth. Global leaders in consulting and design thinking, they help create agile brands that thrive in today's dynamic and disruptive market place.

This role will see you work across complex brand initiatives from the upfront strategy phase to visual articulation including; positioning, architecture, naming, identity, tone of voice and brand ecosystem design, and roll out.

This is a maternity cover contract for 2020, with the view that it will transition into a permanent role in 2021.

Ideally, you will bring;

8+ years' experience in a brand consultancy - managing complex brand strategy projects

Strategic capability - particularly in brand

Experience developing and nurturing a mid-level team

A coaching approach to leadership

A commercial mindset - the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities

Emotional and relational intelligence
