Senior Account Director | Shopper | FMCG |

We're looking for a Senior Account Director with strategic shopper experience to join an independent creative agency in Sydney.

Working across major FMCG and F&B brands, you will work with your clients to create and deliver best in class path to purchase strategies that engage and delight consumers across the full purchase journey. This could include everything from ATL, BTL, digital and activations.

A natural leader, you will strive for strategic and creative excellence, with a strengths based coaching approach to team leadership.

You will work into a supportive and astute CSD, with a team of AMs, SAMs and ADs to help with the implementation of campaigns.

In order to be considered for this role you will need:

• Prior experience in shopper marketing - strategic and creative direction

• FMCG. F&B or alcohol category experience

• Proven experience managing a team
