The agency is ideally looking for an ambitious Senior Account Director that will be ready to take on an Group Account Director role to lead and manage a dynamic team of experienced Account Directors and Account Managers.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record developing and overseeing multi-channel, digital, social, CRM campaigns.
As a team lead, your ability to work with the agency's creative, strategic, data and technology teams is also essential to ensure you are delivering and outperforming your client expectations.
- Strong understanding and experience managing data driven, customer-centric campaigns with a digital, social, CRM focus
- Ability to think strategically and to be your clients' trusted adviser
- Proven experience in developing an aspiring team of Account Mangers and Account Directors
- Proven ability to develop and grow your client's business and to seek new business opportunities
- A confident communicator and presenter
- Solid financial acumen
- A key partner/collaborator with the senior leadership team
