Senior Account Director / Group Account Director

If you're an ambitious Senior Account Director that is ready to step up or an experienced Group Account Director with a proven track record developing and overseeing multi-channel, digital, social, CRM campaigns, this role could be ideal.

As a team lead, your ability to work with the agency's creative, strategic, data and technology teams is also essential to ensure you are delivering and outperforming your client expectations.

Key requirements:-

• Strong understanding and experience managing data driven, customer-centric campaigns with a digital, social, CRM focus
• Ability to think strategically and to be your clients' trusted adviser
• Proven experience in developing an aspiring team of Account Managers and Account Directors
• Proven ability to develop and grow your client's business and to seek new business opportunities
• A confident communicator and presenter
• Solid financial acumen
• A key partner/collaborator with the senior leadership team

This role will suit a natural leader with a relaxed but firm management style, and with a passion and motivation for developing innovative communications with a 1:1 customer approach.
