As a Senior Account Manager, you will help create brand, communication and fundraising campaigns for leading Australian and New Zealand charities.

Role overview:

Help great causes by developing distinctive fundraising campaigns that deliver results

Support the agency by managing a wide variety of projects spanning branding, advertising, digital and direct marketing.

Work within an agile team of three, as part of a department of seven dedicated account service professionals Work alongside digital, creative and strategy teams in an agency of 38 people.

Flexible place of work offered, with full access to the agency warehouse in Redfern

What we're looking for:

Campaign management experience in an agency - experience with, or a passion for the NFP space

Minimum four years' related industry experience.

Strong communication skills and proven ability to develop client confidence

Proven ability to work under pressure to deliver multiple projects with hard deadlines.

Exemplary account service skills such as providing clarity on status of work in progress, scope setting, and expectation management using Google suite to develop presentations, timelines, estimates and reports.

Good problem solving skills

Excellent presentation skills

A desire to do work that is meaningful
