This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the strategic planning as well as the delivery of the end to end development of all promotional programs for blue chip brands in the food and lifestyle sectors.

You'll work collaboratively with the Account Director to ensure the effective delivery of campaigns, from briefings, costings, creative resurcing, time management and overall project management to ensure briefs are met to your client's requirements.

Knowledge of managing prize pool promotions and digital campaigns is preferred, but not essential.


Project Management responsibilities:
* Multiple client relationship management
* Effective 'hands on' approach to business
* Work with studio and suppliers on any related materials
* Work with Operations on related Ops issues for delivery of prizes and merchandise
* Provide program evaluation at completion of each program
* Timelines / budgets preparation for AD approval

Client and Account Management:
* High level of attention to detail
* Clear communications skills both written and verbal
* Ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously
* Communicate professionally with people at all different levels
* Adherence to deadlines and proactive in all responsibilities
* Time management and the ability to work under pressure
* Excellent client management and relationship building experience
* Be able to negotiate with suppliers on all project deliverables
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Ensuring that the needs of the business are a daily priority

SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Outstanding organisational skills
* Good presentation skills
* Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organisations
* A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
* Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks
* Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
