Senior Account Manager - Integrated / Digital Agency

In this role you'll develop a strong partnership with your client to create and deliver innovative integrated and digital/social/CRM campaigns.

You'll be supported by an experienced Senior Account Director and will have the opportunity to manage an aspiring Account Executive. Furthermore, this role will give you the opportunity to develop your strategic experience, working alongside the strategy team to help you to develop and broaden your account management experience even further.

This role requires a Senior Account Manager that has a passion to deliver customer-centric work and understands the creative process from concept through to refinement and execution.

Preferred experience:-

• Solid agency account / client management background
• Knowledge of CRM/ Customer 1:1 communications is preferred
• Integrated/digital/social communications experience
• Pro-active / problem solver
• Confident in writing briefs
• Strong in building trusting client partnerships
• Confident presenter
• Can work in a fast-paced, cross disciplined and agile environment
• An appetite to learn as much about your client's business
• Results focused
