You:-

  • Experience in customer experience strategy with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results

  • Agency or consultancy background managing large, complex businesses across CX, digital and integrated marketing strategy

  • Insight into how AI and emerging technologies can enhance human connection

  • Strong analytical skills across both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

  • Strength in customer research, journey mapping and human-centred design

  • The ability to translate data and behavioural insight into inspiring creative and business outcomes

  • A natural collaborator who can lead, mentor and influence across teams

  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Psychology or a related field
