You:-
Experience in customer experience strategy with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results
Agency or consultancy background managing large, complex businesses across CX, digital and integrated marketing strategy
Insight into how AI and emerging technologies can enhance human connection
Strong analytical skills across both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Strength in customer research, journey mapping and human-centred design
The ability to translate data and behavioural insight into inspiring creative and business outcomes
A natural collaborator who can lead, mentor and influence across teams
A relevant degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Psychology or a related field
