Senior Digital Project Manager

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a strategic design consultancy based in the inner west! They're looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager for a contract role.

THE ROLE:

As the Senior Digital Project Manager you will have experience with the planning and management of product and service design projects. The main responsibilities include the following:

• Build strong relationships with senior clients and colleagues
• Project and account management of multiple clients and projects
• Brief design teams & own, prepare and lead client meetings
• Write proposals and estimates
• Solve problems and find ways when things don't go to plan
• Own & manage multiple budgets, forecasts, and invoices - working with project leads to ensure projects are delivered to commercial targets
• Contribute to resource planning and scheduling

YOU:

• The ideal canddiate will have 5 yrs experience in a similar role in a UX/Service Design Consultancy or Digital agency
• You will have experience with the end-to-end (research to delivery) process of product and service design, on projects with a range of budgets
• Strong knowledge of digital standards, technology, and production methodology
• Experience in managing project finances and reporting - making sure projects are delivered on time & on budget
• You will need the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must (and can demonstrate this with examples)
