This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning PR Communications consultancy as their Social and Digital Content Manager
You'll be instrumental in the development of social and digital content creation (both print and video) and amplification. Your SEO/data and insights led approach to content and social media within the corporate/B2B sector will be a huge advantage.
Proven agency experience, consulting to clients and senior stakeholders is key as well as strong project & budget management skills.
Key Requirements:-

  • Ensure best practice social and digital communications, bringing new ideas and fresh thinking to develop multi-platform campaigns.

  • You have a demonstrated ability developing and delivering best practice B2B social content and digital campaigns across owned, earned and paid.

  • You are a creative and strategic thinker with the acumen and confidence to act as the key point of content for client engagement.

  • You will also have an understanding of content management systems (WordPress preferred) and the ability to interpret website analytics to improve owned content performance.

  • You are comfortable with optimisation - leveraging data, insights and A/B testing to improve performance metrics

  • You live and breathe all things content – staying across cultural/social trends and emerging content platforms and formats.

  • You have an eye for content design and work closely with external suppliers (designers, producers and videographers) to produce content that is impactful and effective

  • You deliver the highest standard of service, strengthening client relationships and growing business.

  • As a future agency leader, you confidently lead junior team members, and are an inclusive and collaborative people leader and mentor who actively shares their knowledge.

  • Prior experience in an in-house communications role or communications agency setting

  • Exhibit expertise in developing and implementing integrated communications programs

  • Possess strong writing and editing skills for all types of written materials, and content across the full range of platforms

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
