This is a great opportunity for an experienced and passionate digital media specialist to play a central role in leading digital campaigns throughout this successful independent agency, delivering impactful, digital content-led solutions.

You will be highly experienced in the ideation, execution and leadership of digital content marketing campaigns and always-on social media programs, that engage audiences across digital ecosystems and media platforms.

You'll work for a dynamic communications agency with a mission to help brands transform patient care. An opportunity for a hybrid or remote working model.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute social and digital marketing campaigns across a portfolio of clients
  • Conduct social listening and digital research projects
  • Support and execute the development of social and paid media strategies that deliver high ROI
  • Provide best practice measurement and reporting of social and paid campaigns
  • Lead & guide social content planning and creation (organic and paid)
  • Partner with the creative teams to produce social-first content
  • Lead community management and guide best practice engagement across teams
  • Support account lead to deliver accurate SOWs and project timelines
  • Develop and facilitate digital training for clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with a network of production, brand and media partners

Key requirements:

  • 4+ years agency experience in paid social media and digital marketing
  • Media buying and paid platform proficiency (eg. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ad network, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Proficient skills with CMS, marketing technology tools, social listening, management and analytics platforms
  • Social media, digital marketing and media planning strategy experience, either within the agency setting or a comparable setting where you've had to work with many different departments, people, and mindsets
  • Proficient writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone
  • Experience with senior client relationship management
  • Ability to deliver quality work in a profitable manner
  • Exemplary project, time and team management skills
  • Deep understanding of social channels, technologies and emerging content types that achieve campaign objectives and delivery ROI
