Talent Consultant

We're looking for a talent consultant to join our small but mighty team based on the water at Barangaroo. We work primarily on talent briefs for creative agencies and corporate brands with a focus on marketing.

This role will work across our agency portfolio. You will work with some of the brightest names in the business and support their recruitment needs. You will identify and onboard some of the best talent across Account Management, Strategy and Creative. This is not a typical recruitment role, we are a relationship based business which our reputation attests to.

What we're looking for:

• An all round good egg - good values, a people person, a good communicator

• Knowledge and experience of agency and/or marketing will be really valuable

• Ideally you will have worked in or alongside an agency

• You will need to understand their language, landscape, structure and the challenges they face

• The budget for the role is $80k package plus profit related bonuses (PT or FT discussed on an individual basis)
