Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of brand strategy, identity, voice and culture projects
- Oversee complex programs across consumer and employer brand streams
- Build and manage trusted relationships with senior clients and stakeholders
- Partner with strategists and creatives to translate insight into execution
- Drive clarity, communication and momentum across multiple workstreams
- Manage scopes, resourcing, timelines, budgets and financial reporting
- Contribute to agency growth through exceptional service and client development
About You
- Proven experience in a brand or design agency at a senior client service level
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing multi-channel project delivery
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Calm, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
- Confident navigating both structured and agile project environments
- A passion for purposeful brand work and creating long-term client value
