THE COMPANY:

Our client is a creative brand and packaging design agency, and theyโ€™re on the lookout for a talented Mid-Weight Account Manager to join their friendly, collaborative team on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Client Services Director, and working with the Account Director, youโ€™ll bring a strategic mindset and be the go-to link between clients and the creative team, keeping projects on track while ensuring every brief delivers on bigger brand goals. With a mix of brand identity and packaging work, plus the chance to lead smaller strategy projects like positioning, brand audits, and competitor reviews, youโ€™ll balance detail with big-picture thinking to deliver sharp, commercially impactful ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong day-to-day client relationships, earning trust and ensuring projects flow smoothly.

  • Interpret briefs with a strategic eye, ensuring creative output aligns with brand and business goals.

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and scope without losing sight of the creative spark.

  • Work closely with designers, strategists, and directors to produce work that is both beautiful and commercially effective.

  • Spot opportunities to add value and grow client accounts.

  • Contribute confidently to brand workshops and strategic sessions.

  • Lead smaller strategy projects independently, such as brand audits, competitor reviews, and positioning frameworks.

  • Stay up to date with trends in branding, packaging, and QSR/consumer markets to inspire and inform your work.

YOU:

Youโ€™ll ideally have 3โ€“5 yearsโ€™ experience in account management within a brand, design, or creative agency, along with:

  • A strategic approach and a clear understanding of how creativity drives business success.

  • Strong communication skills, able to express ideas clearly, confidently, and persuasively.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

  • A collaborative mindset, you know how to get the best from a creative team.

  • A genuine passion for outstanding branding and packaging design.

  • Bonus points if youโ€™ve worked in the food, beverage, or QSR sector.
