Our client is a marketing consultancy for the property industry and they are looking for an Account Manager to join their busy team.


Reporting to the Account Director, the main responsibilities include the following:

  • Be accountable for the experience, service quality and results of your of clients
  • Proactively manage client relationships and leverage opportunities to strengthen relationships
  • Collaborate with Senior team members to scope projects, set milestones and budgets
  • Meet clients regularly, to take briefs, present work and receive feedback
  • Analyse interpret and add value to client needs through creating, writing and presenting accurate briefs whilst demonstrating strong brand, channel and marketing understanding
  • Deliver projects and milestones using shared project management methodology
  • Work with internal and external resources on media strategy, including key publishing partners and creative development to ensure work meets the needs of the client
  • Maintain a strong level of knowledge in relation to client businesses, brands and market segments
  • Be seen as a thought leader offering new ideas to clients
  • Help to setup and onboard new clients
  • Monitor the financial's of projects to ensure margin and revenue opportunities are maximised
  • Collaborate with the Performance Analyst team and allow the numbers to determine future spend, opportunities and success


  • The ideal candidate will have a relevant university degree and at least 2+ years' experience in a similar role with a focus on integrated Brand, Digital and Media campaign
  • Experience in the advertising for the Residential or Commercial property market preferred but not mandatory
