THE COMPANY:
Our client is a well known shopping centre with retail outlets across Australia & NZ. They are now looking for a Brand Experience Manager to join them for a 12 month contract.
THE ROLE:
The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional experiences everyday to engage the community and connect with the customers and retailers. The main respsonsibilities include:
- Look at and understand customer needs through insights, listening tools & research to help inform plans & decisions
- Develop the Brand Experince plan with a customer lens
- Create effective channel planning across the years channel planner tool, ensuring content and events are relevant and engaging
- Partner with the Centre Manager to represent the customer in team meetings
- Complete post campaign reports to evaluate success
- Plan the annual budgets to help deliver the brand experience plan in order to deliver desired ROI
- Understand key performance metrics including traffic, turnover and market share
- Understand the broader retail market, industry & customer trends to identify new opportunities
- Build and nuture relationships within the centre, local community and across the company to ensure best outcomes
YOU:
- The ideal candidate will have a relevant marketing degree and at least 5 years experience in a marekting role, preferably retail, consumer, partnerships, hospitality or a customer engagement role
- You will need to have strong strategy, analysis, communication, brand, digital and customer engagement skills
- A good understanding of consumer behaviour is essential and proven leadership experience
- The ability to adapt to a 7 day a week dynamic environment
