THE COMPANY:

Our client is a global company that offers electronic products for home, office and industrial use. They are looking for a Brand Manager to join their growing team.
  
THE ROLE:
  
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage the development and execution of the brand strategy and maintain the companies brand health at all times

  • Develop and execute product content and advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, PR, OOH and BTL

  • Oversee & project manage all brand initiatives in line with the companies marketing strategies & goals

  • Deliver corporate collateral including brochures, magazines and campaign buses

  • Contribute to the briefing, development, implementation and analysis of media and creative campaigns for the brand

  • Work closely with the media agency to buy advertising space across all and relevant channels 

  • Manage and brief the in-house Graphic Designer to design the complete collateral creation

  • Work closely with the sales team on developing sales assets for various campaigns in order to promote existing and new products

  • Maintain strong and constructive relationships within the Global Marketing team, external agencies, retailers and across business functions

  • Work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders to create and manage cross-organisational integrated marketing strategies

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 5+ years experience within a marketing brand role and have a background in developing brand strategies in-line with business goals

  • You will have gained prior experience accelerating brand growth within the electronic products market for both B2C and B2B clients

  • A naturally inquisitive mindset, you will be solutions and results oriented with an ability to grasp the bigger picture and formulate a plan of attack

  • A positive attitude and a collaborative approach, together with the ability to challenge and be challenged, as this will set you up for success

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must

  • Have experience managing junior team members and thrive helping them develop their skills
