THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing annual budgets, market intelligence, and segmentation analysis.
- Evaluating market and product opportunities to optimise the portfolio.
- Conducting product gap analysis and making recommendations.
- Designing marketing materials and managing brand consistency.
- Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and R&D on new product trials.
- Overseeing CRM development and implementation.
- Managing advertising campaigns, promotions, and lead generation.
- Coordinating catalogue updates, printing, stock control, and distribution.
- Overseeing website content, user portal updates, and training.
- Managing brand assets, fleet branding, and company uniforms.
- Organising industry events, product launches, and corporate functions.
- Conducting market research and ensuring effective product positioning.
- Developing internal and external marketing communications.
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven experience in brand and product marketing within a B2B environment.
- Previous marketing experience in a medium to large enterprise.
- Full-time, office-based role in Erskine Park.
