Are you an Online Customer Service specialist looking for your next role. This role will act as the voice and ears for these brands in Australia and NZ. You will be required to represent the brands with positive energy and sound product knowledge offering clear and articulate answers to any questions so that we can truly share information.
Day to day you will interact with consumers via email, website forum, social platforms, and phone. Social platforms will include; facebook, insta, YouTube and emerging social channels. Experience using social studio would be ideal.
This role is all about using your excellent customer service and social skills and having meaningful conversations! Of paramount importance is making the consumers feel like they are chatting to a friendly face rather than a faceless corporation.
