Content Designer

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a department of the NSW Government and responsible for education in NSW. They are looking for a Content Designer for a contract position.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Content Strategist Manager, you will bring a customer centric approach to all of the department's online services.

The main responsibilities include:

• Liaise with various parties to deliver up-to-date emergency communications
• Produce and create high-quality written and rich media content for all channels
• Collaborate and provide assistance as required for content authors and publishers to deliver best practice content
• Work within various content management systems to ensure quality content for online assets
• Look to continuously improve content, content standards, guidelines and training materials

YOU:

• The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role
• The ability to produce high quality content to use across all channels
• You must be able to work in a high pressure environment and have the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are a must
• Be up to date with digital communication best practices
