THE COMPANY:

Our client is a travel company, offering river and ocean cruises to travelers for their chance to experience the wonders of each and every destination, with specifically designed packages to suit their every need. They are looking for a Copy & Content Manager to help their busy team.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing Strategy & Branded Content the main responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop global copy, advertising, script and content across the board
  • Create localised global marketing assets for Australia and New Zealand
  • Develop relationships with a network of established travel writers for global content projects and brief projects to travel writers and manage submissions
  • Produce high quality copy and content for brochures, eBrochures, destination guides and website content
  • Produce copy, proofing and editing for all marketing materials across multiple media channels including stakeholders both internal and external; Including but not limited to DMs, eDMs, advertorials, campaign info, advertising, TVC scripts and videos etc
  • Create copy for global advertising materials, adapting copy style and content to suit the advertising formats and visual narrative
  • Develop storyboards and scripts/supers/copy for videos, TVCs and social content formats, working with the video content team
  • Copywriting and storytelling for social channels, working with the global digital marketing agency
  • Drive creative idea generation and manage the implementation of key content programs, including developing and writing the story bank for Magazines, eMagazines, e-News and blog content

YOU:

  • The ideal person will have at least 3 - 5 years relevant content marketing experience
  • If you have worked in the travel industry or for a luxury brand then this is a plus
  • Exceptional writing skills including excellent grammar, proofing and editing skills and you must have had exposure to developing content for digital programs (online, digital marketing, CRM & social)
  • Proven stakeholder relationship building, respect and rapport
  • A very high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Be able to develop authentic, accurate, compelling, creative and persuasive marketing content
