Our client is a global marketing rewards company. They create experiences that bring brands to life and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative, who considers themselves to be a bit of an excel whizz!

THE ROLE:

The main purpose of this role is to provide a professional customer support service with particular attention to all elements of customer fulfilment. The main responsibilities include the following:

  • Understand the campaign terms and ensure these are adhered to when speaking to customers
  • Confirm where resources should be located for each key project and look after the workflow in the team against specific targets
  • Ensure the team is briefed and trained fully
  • Liaise with agents, partners & other departments when needed
  • Ensure accurate records of all customer details are logged
  • Produce forecasts for all campaigns and ensure redemption reports are kept updated
  • Direct team members, oversee their work and ensure they meet objectives
  • Operational responsibilities, including conducting performance reviews, identifying training needs, monitoring
    absence, recruitment and handling disciplinary issues in conjunction with HR
  • Ensures all customer queries are dealt with promptly and professionally and to the satisfaction of the customer

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a call centre and sales-led environment and in dealing with customer queries via the telephone
  • Strong excel skills are a must including analytical abilities
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills and experience of dealing with unpredictable environments is essential
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills are a must and can successfully handle several campaigns at any one time and ensures that targets are attained and customers are satisfied
  • Has experience of managing a team
