THE COMPANY:
Our client is dedicated to caring for thousands of older Australians and they are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications the main responsibilities include the following:
- Build end-to-end digital marketing strategies that align with the needs and goals of the organisation
- Develop and implement social media & social marketing plans
- Help lead the implementation of these strategies with digital partners, such as digital media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimisation and data and analytics to support future business growth
- Build best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness
- Manage and optimise website, social media and other channels for SEO as well as UX
- Work alongside other marketing team members and partners to establish a best-in-class approach to the use of marketing technologies
- Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns
YOU:
- The ideal candiate will have at least 7 yrs experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of web design & the ability to identify trends in data
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to problem solve
- Experience working with a content management system, ideally EPiServer/Optimizely
- Previous experience of working with agencies
