An exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join the Customer Marketing/Engagement Team for an iconic global retailer.
A core aspect of this role is to support the implementation of all national customer-facing digital solutions, across their Marketing and Customer Service functions. This will include preparation, coordination and execution of key project milestones, ensuring digital solutions are effectively adopted.
The ideal candidate must understand how technology can enhance the customer experience within the Australian retail landscape. Your ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong communication skills and excellent local and global stakeholder management experience is key.
Must have experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch and Adobe Data Workbench.
Utilise agile project management frameworks/tools to successfully execute business objectives
Conduct and report on user acceptance training, quality management and UX
Knowledge of the marketing and customer service digital landscape locally and internationally
Ability to manage conflicting priorities whilst ensuring deadlines are met
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
24 month contract
