Newly created as the company continues to grow, the Group Brand, Marketing and Communication Manager role is responsible for delivering and embedding a robust marketing strategy overarching all business brands. Creative, innovative and highly strategic, you will be a Senior Marketing Manager who has a proven track record of delivering profitable and sustainable growth and global business strategies across multiple brands. Responsible for the management of 2 divisional marketing teams, primary focus will be on producing significant revenue growth through digital acquisition and social media programs, leading innovative marketing campaigns. A key focus will be on delivering a sustainable and targeted customer acquisition strategy, improving the customer experience at all touch points, leading all digital marketing; including paid search, social, SEO and SEM, creating an insights led rich content strategy and managing an event marketing program of work. You will be agile in your strategic approach, blending data-driven marketing with creative flair. People leadership is essential and being collaborative in your approach will be a key driver to your success as you manage expectations of C-suite and marketing teams across multiple business divisions.
Key day to day responsibilities include:
- developing and driving execution of an integrated, multi channel marketing plan.
- lead advocacy and industry engagement to devise strategies, identify opportunities and drive comms
- generate demand online through eCommerce platforms and varied digital social strategies
- E2E campaign management; testing, segmentation, acquisition and re-targeting strategies
- manage content marketing, brand research & execution
- leadership of creative marketing campaign strategies for the Group and its 2 divisions
A degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketer with 6+ years experience across B2C and B2B business environments. You will define as a specialist in product marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing and advertising/promotion. The group will see you as a trusted advisor within the marketing space, adept at creating and delivering on strategic marketing objectives, while still being hands-on when needed.
