Our client is a travel company, offering river and ocean cruises to travelers for their chance to experience the wonders of each and every destination, with specifically designed packages to suit their every need. They are looking for a Video Content Production Manager to join their busy team.


Reporting to the Global Marketing Strategy & Branded Content Director, the main priorities include the following:

  • Produce short-form and long-form video content including storyboard, scripts, supers, graphics and editing
  • Develop new content formats, such as podcasts, including scripts and editing
  • Create unique graphic treatments and formats for social media channels
  • Produce TVC's including CAD application and digital delivery
  • Book projects with external agencies when required
  • Digital Asset Management and video distribution channels (Wistia, Vimeo, YouTube), manage the Video Editor outputs to ensure they upload the content correctly
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of Film shoots
  • Drive creative idea generation for video programs
  • Help to develop the online TV channel, along with the global brand team, digital team and digital marketing agencies
  • Liaise with on board videographers, crew and staff to source footage from destination and ships for video edits and the library
  • Create a framework for videographer shoot plan for each voyage to ensure that the footage, stills and videos produced on board are aligned to marketing and operations requirements
  • Review videos produced by on board videographer for approvals and editing
  • Develop video master guidelines videos for global marketing programs


  • The ideal candidate will have at least 4yrs experience in a similar role
  • You must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to work to a brief and develop storyboards, concepts and scripts
  • Be able to manage a complex workload, multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills are a must
  • High attention to detail, the ability to manage a budget & produce video content with ease is essential
