Comms & Marketing Coordinator - 20 hrs - salary pro rata

THE COMPANY:

Our client provides services in aged care, disability, community, early learning, education and training. They are looking for a part-time Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join them for a year's contract.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Marketing Business Lead the main responsibilities to include the following:

• Coordinate and maintain the team management systems and ensure relevant information is input on a consistent and regular basis
• Provide a collection of relevant data and communications to assist with budgeting and regular report
• Conduct specialised studies as required, providing insights into the operation of the team and the organisation
• Develop communications and engaging content that aligns with the brief
• Support the team with the execution of all communication and marketing plans
• Help to execute writing and communications activities around acquisition and retention campaigns and promotions to encourage customer acquisition
• Assist with the planning and coordinating of events for customers and stakeholders (seminars, exhibitions, workshops)
• Develop and sustain relationships with suppliers
• Provide accurate and creative copywriting and proofreading skills

YOU:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of marketing experience in a relevant role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, be organized, systematic, thorough, accurate and disciplined
• You will be continuing to develop in your area of expertise and be
  expected to provide innovative ideas to solve problems in your discipline
