THE COMPANY:

Our client is a French luxury skincare brand founded in Paris in 1936. With over 120 salons across Australia, a thriving online business, an established training college, and strong 3rd party partnerships, they have become a market leader in professional skincare and beauty. They are now seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team on a contractual basis, with possible extension.

THE ROLE:

As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting brand growth and customer engagement across all four verticals: salons, online, college, and 3rd party partners. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging communications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and writing content across all platforms โ€“ digital, print, social, email etc.

  • Supporting campaigns for salons, the college, online platforms, and 3rd party partners, ensuring messaging is consistent and tailored to each audience.

  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and enrolments.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets.

  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, contributing ideas for optimisation and growth.

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will bring strong creative writing skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for beauty, health, or retail. You will be confident working across multiple channels and audiences, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
You will have:

  • 2โ€“3 yearsโ€™ experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within skincare, beauty, health, or retail.

  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across platforms and audiences.

  • Demonstrated marketing communications experience across digital, social, and traditional channels.

  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Happy to be onsite.

  • Experience working with a global consumer or retail brand (desirable).
