Join an exciting and vibrant travel company dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences to their customers. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their marketing assets and programs.


Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, the key tasks are as follows:

  • Brief and develop core marketing assets, including brochures, advertising templates, flyers, blogs, advertorials, videos, TV programs, eDMs, and social/paid digital ad formats

  • Support the global marketing and campaigns program by providing master assets for local use

  • Research the competitive landscape to gain insights for the development of marketing programs, special offers, and promotional channels

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on sales results and campaign drivers, providing key insights and recommendations for future strategies

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy across all channels in Australia and New Zealand

  • Brief and collaborate with in-house and external agency partners to develop creative and media campaigns

  • Support the implementation of integrated advertising and marketing strategies

  • Support the development of content for press, TV advertising, and all marketing collateral, including basic copywriting and messaging for flyers, brochures, eDMs, social media, and trade materials

  • Create presentations and key assets for the implementation of dedicated events

  • Research and source relevant video content to support advertising and marketing plans, working closely with the video content team


  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-years+ work experience in a related role

  • Knowledge and experience in the travel industry, preferably in Australia

  • Excellent communication skills with strong cross functional team management experience

  • Able to deliver agreed results in a fast paced team environment and exceptional organisational and planning skills are critical for the role

  • Ability to write content/copy with ease and adapt master messaging by format and channel

  • You must have strong analytical skills
