Marketing Specialist

THE COMPANY:

Our client is one of Australia's leading aged care organisations and they are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their busy team.

THE ROLE:

The key responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist include the following:

• Develop and create engaging brand communications and work closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to do so
• Manage print and web publications as well as communal,
  local, and other industry media outlets
• Manage social media platforms, EDMs and newsletters
• Look after marketing, advertising and community engagement campaigns. Create collateral for all campaigns including email, online and print
• Manage internal communications, media releases and PR opportunities
• Create and maintain a digital content calendar covering social media and email marketing
• Create, distribute, and report on email campaigns
• Develop photography and videography assets to capture experiences and tell compelling stories
• Upload content to website and measure the impact of social media and other digital and email marketing campaigns, analyse and report on your findings

YOU:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a communications, media, marketing, or PR environment
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work
  collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
• Excellent copywriting skills and strong written and verbal communication
• A high level of practical and strategic experience with digital
  and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram,
  Twitter, Linkedin, email marketing software (Mailchimp),
  Youtube and Google Analytics (some experience with CRM
  such as Salesforce also desirable) as well as Wordpress
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft, and Adobe Creative
  Suite including Photoshop and an understanding of photography & videography is a plus
