THE COMPANY:

Our client is a virtual health platform trusted by hospitals, healthcare services, allied health providers, aged care, and community care organisations. They are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist for a part-time, 6-month contract.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and drive demand generation across a digital health portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, executing, and optimising integrated B2B marketing campaigns to raise awareness, generate demand, and support the full customer journey

  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform and refine campaign strategies

  • Developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, content, events, and email โ€“ aligned with the buyer journey

  • Creating high-quality marketing content, including brochures, case studies, videos, and digital assets

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

  • Monitoring, reporting on, and improving campaign performance using data and insights

  • Staying up to date with new marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and engagement

YOU:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation, ideally with hands-on use of marketing automation tools and the ability to develop compelling value propositions

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence in working across all levels of an organisation

  • A proactive, resilient attitude and a solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

  • A data-led, results-oriented approach, with the ability to monitor and report on campaign performance metrics

  • Industry experience in healthcare, technology, or financial services is highly advantageous

  • A strong background in marketing operations
