THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and drive demand generation across a digital health portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, executing, and optimising integrated B2B marketing campaigns to raise awareness, generate demand, and support the full customer journey
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform and refine campaign strategies
- Developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, content, events, and email – aligned with the buyer journey
- Creating high-quality marketing content, including brochures, case studies, videos, and digital assets
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitoring, reporting on, and improving campaign performance using data and insights
- Staying up to date with new marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and engagement
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Proven experience in B2B demand generation, ideally with hands-on use of marketing automation tools and the ability to develop compelling value propositions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence in working across all levels of an organisation
- A proactive, resilient attitude and a solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- A data-led, results-oriented approach, with the ability to monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
- Industry experience in healthcare, technology, or financial services is highly advantageous
- A strong background in marketing operations
