THE COMPANY:
Our client is a virtual health platform trusted by hospitals, healthcare services, allied health providers, aged care, and community care organisations. They are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist for a part-time, 6-month contract.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and drive demand generation across a digital health portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
Planning, executing, and optimising integrated B2B marketing campaigns to raise awareness, generate demand, and support the full customer journey
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform and refine campaign strategies
Developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, content, events, and email โ aligned with the buyer journey
Creating high-quality marketing content, including brochures, case studies, videos, and digital assets
Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
Monitoring, reporting on, and improving campaign performance using data and insights
Staying up to date with new marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and engagement
YOU:
The ideal candidate will possess:
A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
Proven experience in B2B demand generation, ideally with hands-on use of marketing automation tools and the ability to develop compelling value propositions
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence in working across all levels of an organisation
A proactive, resilient attitude and a solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
A data-led, results-oriented approach, with the ability to monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
Industry experience in healthcare, technology, or financial services is highly advantageous
A strong background in marketing operations
