They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to support the delivery of high-impact branding projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will work closely with experienced strategists and creative teams to bring strategic proposals to life - ensuring smooth execution across all stages of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of brand positioning, employee engagement, and strategic rollout projects

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and strategic understanding

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and internal workflows to ensure seamless delivery

  • Prepare for and support client workshops, strategic sessions, and presentations

  • Partner with internal teams across strategy, creative, production and operations

  • Oversee financial administration including estimates, forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliations

  • Maintain clarity and consistency in communication across all touch points

  
About You

  • Previous experience in a brand, creative or strategic agency/consultancy

  • A deep interest in brand strategy, identity and positioning work

  • Strong relationship management skills with a collaborative, professional approach

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilities

  • Financially confident - able to manage estimates, budgets, and reporting

  • A team player who works well across disciplines and can anticipate client needs

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
