Senior Fundraising Coordinator

Salary: Up to AU$75000.00 per annum

Working closely with the National Community Fundraising Manager the main responsibilities will be:
* Help grow the community fundraising/peer to peer fundraising campaign portfolio within NSW and ACT - maximising income, profit, participation and retention
* Research and identify new high-value community fundraising initiatives
* Provide input to a stewardship plan for the top 20% of community fundraisers - donor journeys and succession plans for key events
* Provide input to a plan to maximise income via the NSW clubgrants Program
* Attend community fundraising events where appropriate
* Administer, approve and service community fundraising applications in NSW/ACT; and steward community fundraisers in their fundraising efforts
* Provide input to the strategic business plan to maintain and grow the community fundraising income
* Work collaboratively with the national fundraising team in relation to local activation of national fundraising campaigns
* Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to maximise corporate partnership opportunities
* Monitor fundraising trends in the state and utilise the expertise of colleagues in the fundraising team and other states to share fundraising best practice
YOU:
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a community fundraising and peer to peer fundraising
* A good track record and evidence of meeting and exceeding financial targets
* Demonstrated experience with managing and tracking budgets, financial reporting and data record systems
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, peer to peer fundraising and software such as Campaign Monitor
* Must have a strong passion for philanthropy and the charitable sector
