Become part of an energetic and innovative travel company committed to crafting unforgettable journeys for their clients. They're on the lookout for a skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the creation and execution of compelling marketing assets and campaigns.

THE ROLE:

As the Senior Marketing Specialist, youโ€™ll report to the Senior Oceans Marketing Manager and be responsible for:

  • Developing and briefing essential marketing materials, including brochures, advertising templates, flyers, blogs, advertorials, videos, TV programs, eDMs, and social/paid digital ads.

  • Supporting global marketing efforts by providing master assets for local adaptation.

  • Analysing the competitive landscape to inform the development of marketing programs, special offers, and promotional strategies.

  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on sales results and campaign effectiveness, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies.

  • Crafting and executing a cohesive marketing plans across all channels in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Collaborating with both in-house and external agency partners to create marketing and content programs.

  • Assisting with the implementation of integrated advertising and marketing plans.

  • Creating content for press, TV ads, and all marketing materials, including copywriting and messaging for flyers, brochures, eDMs, social media, and trade materials.

  • Developing presentations and key assets for dedicated events.

  • Researching and sourcing relevant video and social content to enhance advertising and marketing plans, working closely with the video and social content teams.

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in a related role.

  • Knowledge and experience in the travel and or cruising industry, preferably within Australia.

  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional organisational and planning skills.

  • Proficiency in crafting content and adapting messaging across different formats and channels.

  • Strong analytical skills to drive informed marketing strategies.
