THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and schedule social media content, across multiple platforms to support quality key deliverables and initiatives relating to services and programs, revenue, and people and culture
- Work with the Media and Communications Specialist to identify and share family stories
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with the set up and monitoring of paid social media advertising campaigns
- Assist with video and photography content shoots for revenue campaigns' paid advertising
- Monitor interactions across social media posts, pages and groups
- Manage direct messages on social media, liaising with families and engaging with aligned brands
- Support media crisis response regarding social media monitoring and channel messaging
- Set up social media event pages for fundraising events
- The ideal candidate will have a Tertiary qualification in digital marketing, marketing and or communications, or a related discipline and at least 3 - 4 years’ experience in a social media / digital marketing role
- Experience producing engaging, channel specific (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube) content using software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- You will need to be able to use the social media management platform Sprout
- Proven experience building and nurturing online communities, including addressing inquiries and fostering engagement
- You will have a strong understanding of social media strategy and trends
- Be able to set up, monitor and optimise paid social media campaigns from conception to execution & ensure timelines and objectives are met
- Experience identifying social media influencers for campaigns and managing their content contribution and reporting metrics
- Be able to build social media event pages
- Social media video editing skills is desired
