THE COMPANY:

Our client is a department of the NSW Government and responsible for education in NSW. They are looking for a Customer Research and Insights Lead for a contract position.

THE ROLE:

The main aim for the Customer Research & Insights Lead is to help support parents and carers engagement. The main responsibilities include:

  • Manage and pull together focus groups & workshops
  • Probe, test, validate inputs and insights
  • Collect all data, organise it, analyse it and report back on your findings
  • Work as a service provider to solve complex problems, test solutions and build evidence of what works
  • Work closely with internal and external partners & business units
  • Untake quantitative & qualitative market research for various parental & focus groups

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 6 - 8 years in a Market Research role, using quantitative & qualitative methods
  • You must demonstrate a strong understanding of market research, be able do deep dive into data and be able to present your findings and give solutions
  • Be able to commuincate clearly, concisely and compassionately to all stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Previous government experience is a bonus
