You'll work within a fun, collaborative team to drive ROI for your clients and leveraging your knowledge of digital strategy and the digital landscape.

An opportunity to work on blue chip brands in the lifestyle, health, finance, nfp sectors enabling growth and ensuring marketing effectiveness by developing paid media strategies, driving clients relationships, building and leveraging the agency's marketing tech stack, and continuously analysing data and outcomes to improve agency performance and digital marketing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing strategy/delivery and building long-term relationships with your Clients
  • Leads the selection, implementation and management of digital marketing strategies for your Clients
  • Oversee digital marketing projects and campaigns to make sure they are delivered at a high standard to meet your Client's goals, and run on time and on budget.
  • Track, measure, and report on all programs, monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and sharing results, insights and best practice.

Paid Media Management

  • Create and implement paid media strategies that drive business value
  • Develop strategic paid advertising proposals that include: goals, campaign strategies, recommended tactics, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee and manage paid digital marketing campaigns (including paid search, display and social advertising) across B2B and B2C.
  • Ultimately responsible for the performance of all paid campaigns.
  • Develop training programs for paid media to increase the knowledge of the wider team.

Team leadership

  • Mentor and support the digital marketing team to deliver their best work.
  • Develop digital marketing staff by providing industry information, best practices, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

Finance & Operations

  • Update and report on financial performance and forecasting of digital retainers to Head of Digital and other senior leadership members.
  • Work with the Head of Digital to provide education and digital training to the broader agency.
  • Involved in the company's marketing software and operation tools selection and roll out.

Knowledge/Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or business
  • Min 5 years' experience in digital marketing/SEM position
  • Expert in Google Ads, paid social advertising platforms (LinkedIn and Facebook) and Google Analytics
  • Experience building and scaling different acquisition channels online
