- 7+ years’ experience - some spent agency/consultancy side
- Actively be part of teams that create innovative, strategically strong solutions, making sound business decisions that balance competing priorities
- Work with the MD and CSD to strategically drive the account portfolio forward
- Collaborate with other leadership to ensure that the best agency thinking/offerings are being brought to clients in the most effective way
- Can think quickly under pressure, as well as motivate and engage the team to produce the best possible result
- Identifies and brings to fruition new business opportunities within client engagements
- Empathetic – emotionally intelligent with both the client and internal teams
- Extensive understanding, knowledge and passion for the digital space
- Excellent communication, persuasion and presentation skills
- Current and connected

We're looking for a strategically led GAD to join a global international network based here in Sydney.
You will work on the agency's 2 flagship accounts - a tech giant, and an iconic sporting body. Ideally you'll be an established GAD with a background in comms and digital, having led projects with an emerging tech heartbeat.
As GAD you will identify client needs and work strategically to provide thoughtful solutions with measurable results. These guys set the bar high, they don’t just strive to solve their client’s problems; they challenge themselves to transform entire categories.
