THE COMPANY:

Our client produces luxury home goods that no home can do without. They are now looking for an Inventory & Fulfilment Assistant to join their busy team.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Inventory & Fulfilment Manager, the main responsibilities will include:

  • Execute order fulfilment (picking and packing) for retail and wholesale orders
  • Identify areas of improvement within the warehouse and or dispatch process
  • Dispatch orders in line with timeframes, booking couriers and
    following up on all shipping processes
  • Determine warehouse staff requirements
  • Prepare warehouse for all inbound/incoming inventory orders in addition to the unpacking of stock
  • Assist with the setup, preparation and recording of stock take
  • Manage receipt and processing of product returns and swatch inventory
  • Assist with stock inventory adjustment and product loan

YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous online ordering picking & packing experience and general warehouse work
  • Used to lifting boxes, inventory experience and enjoys a fast past environment
  • You will need to be able to follow procedures and be detailed and precise, veriftying information as you go
  • Great communications skills is a must
